1. Situation Appraisal

During the situation appraisal Your Law Right consultant will contact you to set up a meeting via remote access to start a brief and relaxed conversation about what it is that you would like to achieve and how soon you want to achieve it.

Once we understand exactly what it is your firm is trying to achieve, we run checks and analyse what needs to change in order to meet your end goals.

2. Proposal

From the information gathered in the situation appraisal step your consultant will provide you with a proposal on how we expect to implement the changes, time frames, costings and payment options for your consideration.  

3. Implementation

Your consultant will implement your solution using the best in class software and techniques developed over hundreds of other managed projects.

A typical implementation would include systems preparation, set up and installation of software, process optimisation, systems optimisation and multilevel staff training.

From Secretary, Accounts and Administration through to Fee Earners and Business Directors, each training session is tailored to ensure maximum efficiency and minimise time wastage through irrelevant content.

4. Ongoing Support & Services

After your solution is implemented you may want ongoing support from experienced consultants which can dramatically improve the efficiency and productivity of your newly setup system. Support can be organised on a fixed contract basis or ad-hoc basis depending on your requirements.

The implementation of the solutions will usually be carried out via remote access, especially now during the COVID-19 pandemic.

 

Although we have successfully delivered solutions via remote access during these troubling times, we will again offer onsite implementations where applicable when the pandemic has passed.
